Delivery

During checkout, you will get to choose your preferred delivery option - we will provide an estimated delivery date based on your delivery selection. We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard delivery (3-5 business days) 
• Express delivery (1-2 business days) 

 

Returns & Exchanges

The Ark Co aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and with the garment fully intact.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@thearkco.co.uk

Exchanges can be made within 28 days - whether you want a different colour or size, drop us an email, we've got you covered.
